Pastoral and Leadership Training
Equipping Leaders International (ELI) partners with highly influential yet under-resourced Christian leaders globally to equip and multiply Biblically mature leaders for every area of community life. We focus upon very basic Bible study and teaching skills using a combination of large conferences, smaller seminars and workshops, and certification courses. These are all usually delivered in-person over 2-3 days but we are beginning to supplement our in-person training with video-conferencing technologies where workable.

International Theological Education Ministries (ITEM) assists denominations and local churches by offering pastoral training at no cost to nationals. We send professors to teach at local institutions at regular intervals to equip pastors, teachers, and laymen and women to accomplish their God-given callings. Our mission is to provide Biblically-based, Reformed teaching and training worldwide to indigenous church leaders for ministry.
We believe that the most effective evangelism, discipleship, and church planting will be done by nationals in their own cultural context, we send pastors and professors to the students to minimize cost and to maximize learning opportunities in their own contexts near their families and ministries.

Miami International Seminary (MINTS) encourages a “school without walls” approach where classes are held in churches, parks, homes, and restaurants in the communities where the people live. We advocate taking the education to the people by having the professors go and establish new schools in an ever-expanding circle of communities rather than one central location. MINTS provides curriculum, academic standards, administrative software, and training to the growing locally owned and operated schools. MINTS partners with national believers to start these schools with the understanding that they will multiply regionally.
MINTS equips pastors, Christian workers, Church planters, and professors through granting theological degrees. MINTS offers – Certificate, Associate of Arts, Bachelor of Arts, Master of Arts, Master of Divinity, in Theological Studies. For those who want to use their education to teach others, the Doctor of Ministry and Doctor of Philosophy are offered. MINTS also is producing free theological curricula in 13 languages for use around the world.

Teaching Missions International (TMI) is dedicated to providing, to those church leaders who cannot afford, whether for lack of time or money, sound Biblical Reformed theological training to help them grow in God's grace and better lead their churches in their respective nations.
We teach Biblical Reformed theology in both structured degree programs and one-off courses (e.g. biblical marriage). We teach various curricula, including MINTS and custom courses, in other countries. Additionally, we rolled out a Master of Arts in Theological Studies (MATS) in Haiti in September '17, a PhD program in October of 2018, and a DMin program in February '20. Any of our courses can be tailored to fit conferences, short seminars, church leaders, or simply congregants who want/need solid reformed training in God's Word.

Trinity Center for World Mission works to create seminaries, which create pastors, which create churches, which create disciples, in Africa, for the glory of God! We are a reformed and evangelical missions organization with its headquarters in Dahlonega, GA, in the US but working in Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda, South Sudan, and Tanzania, with hopes to expand accredited, brick-and-mortar seminary campuses to as many countries in Africa as we can, by the grace and provision of Christ our Lord. We specialize in forming and running local brick-and-mortar, government-accredited seminaries to train pastors, missionaries, and church planters, and we create localized interdenominational church planting networks attached to these seminaries.

World Witness is the foreign mission agency of the ARP church involved primarily church planting and church strengthening. Our work in Africa is primarily through our Mobile Theological Training Team (MT3). The work in Rwanda, while initially exclusively through a pastoral training initiative of Reach the Children of Rwanda International (RCRI), is now also partnering with the IDC. Along this line, we have begun working with the Trinity Center for World Mission in Kigali.
MT3 operates in both formal and non-formal environments, bringing theological education to Christian leaders in Africa and elsewhere. MT3’s model is to partner with existing schools or structures, offering training in a modular format which allows for maximal flexibility and accessibility for students. MT3 has operated in Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Zambia, and South Africa, and is adaptable for a variety of African contexts.
The goal of the Rwandan outreach is to extend accessibility for pastoral education into the rural parts of Rwanda. We are in the process of formalizing our existing training program and developing a network of partners through the IDC that will create a pathway for pastors to have access to accredited formal education.
